When was that Corelle pattern introduced or discontinued?

Research turns up a lot of dates that have not found their way into full Pattern Profiles yet.  These tidbits are probably more helpful sooner rather than later, so they are listed here for now. 

Not a complete list, it does not include patterns already covered in Pattern Profiles.  Also excluded are those patterns for which accurate dates are still unknown.  Introduction dates are in parentheses, but in some cases only the ending date is known.

* - There is more than one pattern named Apple Harvest.  The one from 1988 has a beige background and the design is primarily blue and red, with an apple tree, a picket fence and tall baskets stacked with apples.  It is from Natural Images, with a standard rimmed plate style and Images cups made of stoneware.  There are straight-sided stoneware mugs as well.  See: Apple Harvest & Apple Bounty for the 2005 pattern.
   
** - There is more than one pattern named Serenity.  The one from 2000 depicts small red berries on green leafy stems with a red butterfly.
